I am a tradesman and i need cheapest solution attendance. On the workshop I have an older computer being worked on and I want the employees to check through it.

All you need is basic package. It contains in itself the whole attendance system . You install Elasyc on your older computer in the workshop and activate on it all modules (user, Terminal and Server). You do not need to purchase any additional equipment ( RFID card reader and so on. ) .Employees will check  through the terminal module manually and you will manage attendance (general balance , look who ever came to work , etc.) through the module User . If you have some handy webcam , you attach it to your computer and can also shoot photos of employees as thy will ckeck in.

You will still have 1 module User who can give you, for example, Accounting. For the SMALL license package you will need 1 RFID card reader and RFID keycards in number as needed. If you also want to record employee photos as they are attributed, you will need any webcam.

We are a small company with one operation in another part of the Republic . We want employees in the company and the operation to check in by RFID key chains . The owner, two leaders and accountant want access to the attendance from their houses. It would also be appropriate for employees to look at their attendance on computer,available to the public in company.

At the owner's computer, managers and accountants to install Elasyc and activate the User module on it. We are a bigger company , but non of your packages is for me. We have 4 operating with 50 employees. We do telephone counseling and we want every employee to have User module in its computer . If i buy a package of licenses, what else I still need that I had a full-featured attendance system ?

It all depends on what do you expect from system Elasyc. If you want to save as much as possible and you have your own computer , you will not need anything . But for better comfort it is recommended RFID card reader to each terminal and RFID cards for each employee . For recording photos just an ordinary cheap web camera . For larger companies ,who are willing to invest in the system, we recommend contacting our technical support , as the possibility of building up the ideal system for that company are many.

If I buy a package of licenses and found out later that I would still need some , do i  have to buy the whole package again ?

Accepted Answer

No, you do not . If you buy at least one basic package, by the time you can gradually buy up modules as needed. Modules bought, are no longer reduced prices but as modules purchased in packages . But nothing prevents you to buy the whole package , for example , when you buy whole packeage it comes out cheaper than separate modules .

Can be Licenses transferred between computers?

Accepted Answer

No, They can not . Licenses are not transferable . If you activate a module on one computer , you can not activate it on another . Licenses are bound to the computer hardware . Always you get the required number of licenses to test the 30 - day period . During this test period you can activate modules as needed in any quantity .This term is used to have a well tested system and thus find out what modules you need. After the testing period only announce which modules you want to keep and the other you removed.

Question 9

I bought a basic package of licenses. I have it activated on one computer and computer broke . After correction , where they changed some parts for the computer , my system reports a malfunction licenses. What should I do?

Licenses are bound to the computer hardware that was probably be changed. Certainly contact our technical check . We communicate with customer individually, for making the best to resolve and fixing the problem.

What about installing the program ? Can I install it myself or it must be installed by your technicians ?

If you are at least somewhat proficient in operating the computer , install it myself . Just follow the instructions exactly to the program, all the steps described in detail. If you have yet stumbled on a problem , call the technical support (hotline ) and techniques will help you. Larger companies have their IT administrators,who certainly can handle it without problems . If you are a smaller company and you manage yourself the corporate network, you can leave the installation and the creation of enterprise system our technicians, they will come directly to your company. The price of installation in this case by a dealer agreement .

If your technicians will install system in my company , what obligations this entails me ?

You only have to ensure the administrator access to each computer that will involve the installation . Also prepare login info to the router if you would need the services of external access . If someone in your company take care about the computer network , it would be good ( for him ) to ensure its presence in the installation .

I install everything by myself , but in my 1 computer program does not want to work? Do I have to  call a technician to a company ?

No you do not . It's probably a problem with your computer, operating system , or the network. Call our technical support  and as long as you give access to your computer via remote desktop , we will will repair it .
